Cream teas, delicious cakes, biscuits and a selection of sandwiches will be available throughout the season with special dietary requirements also catered for. For her many fans Marguerite Bell will be baking some of her Simnel cakes for the early part of the season.
Various hot and cold drinks will include freshly made cafetiere coffee, speciality teas, pots of traditional afternoon tea, Frobisher fruit juices and Belvoir bottled drinks.
Lunch, which is available May, June and July, will include seasonal soups, sandwiches, savoury tarts and frittatas and various salad bowls.
For light desserts, a selection of Just Rachel ice creams, Eton Mess, seasonal fruits and lemon posset will be available.
