BOTANICAL PLASTER CASTING

Thursday 5th June 2025 10am-1pm

£115 per person*

*Workshop limited to 12 places

Join ceramicist Annabel Cusack from Honeybourne Pottery for a calming and hands-on workshop during which you’ll create your very own botanical plaster cast – a delicate, nature-inspired masterpiece.

Begin your experience with a private guided tour of Kiftsgate’s stunning gardens, hosted by owner Anne Chambers. As you wander through this horticultural haven, you’ll forage for leaves, flowers and foliage to use in your design.

Back in the workshop, Annabel will guide you through the process of botanical casting – from preparing the clay and arranging your foraged finds, to creating a mould and pouring the plaster.

While your cast sets, you can enjoy lunch in the tearooms or relax with a picnic in the gardens. You’ll return to reveal your beautiful plaster plaque – a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece to treasure forever.

A truly serene and creative experience, perfect for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility.
